Consultation

ESG has a long, successful record of consulting individuals and companies on indoor environmental issues. We offer our professional consultation in person, over the phone, and virtually through services like Zoom.

Assessments

We offer a few different types of assessments in order to best meet our clients' needs. These include water damage assessments , mold assessments, and our most comprehensive service, healthy building assessments.

Indoor Air Quality Data Collections

A data collection involves taking real-time IAQ measurements (of things like carbon dioxide, humidity, and VOCs) from locations throughout the building. It includes an hour of time on site and a written report with the findings and recommendations.

Lab Sample Collections

Lab sample collections consist of a certified Indoor Environmental Professional taking samples from a specific area for lab analysis. While mold sampling is the most common, we can also test for bacteria, lead, ATP, and more.

Moisture Mapping

Great for finding hidden sources of moisture, moisture mapping involves scanning the walls and building materials of a building using a moisture meter. We then create a report which includes a moisture diagram noting all the areas where moisture was found.

Ongoing Air Quality Monitoring

Our technicians can install air quality monitoring devices in the property. These devices obtain real-time data about various aspects of the air quality, which our technicians then analyze to make recommendations for improvement.

Indoor Air Wellness Program

The Indoor Air Wellness Program is a comprehensive service that involves regular air quality testing, presentations, handouts, and consultation.

Expert Witness Services

When mold becomes a legal issue, our indoor environmental experts can help. They are available for consultations, document review, research, depositions, and trials.
