Mold (Fungal) Lab Sample Collections

For lab sample collections, we take mold samples from specific areas to be analyzed by a local lab. The lab can determine the type(s) and amount(s) of mold present.

Assessments

We offer a few different types of assessments in order to best meet our clients' needs. These include water damage assessments , mold assessments, and our most comprehensive home service, healthy home assessments.

Moisture Mapping

Great for finding hidden sources of moisture, moisture mapping involves scanning the walls and building materials of a house using a moisture meter. We then create a report which includes a moisture diagram noting all the areas where moisture was found.

Indoor Air Quality Data Collections

A data collection involves taking real-time IAQ measurements (of things like carbon dioxide, humidity, and VOCs) from locations throughout the house. It includes an hour of time on site and a written report with the findings and recommendations.

Air Quality Monitoring Services

Our technicians can install air quality monitoring devices in the property. These devices obtain real-time data about various aspects of the air quality, which our technicians then analyze to make recommendations for improvement.

Post-Remediation Verification (PRV)

A PRV is a clearance test that follows mold remediation to verify the successful removal of mold. It's always a good idea to get a PRV after having someone do mold remediation in your home.

Water Testing

We work with an EPA certified lab to provide a comprehensive water analysis. We can test for a large variety of organic and inorganic elements, such as bacteria, metals, and pesticides.

Lead-based Paint Testing

We have multiple options for those looking for lead paint testing. These include visual assessments, sample collections, and a service called LIRA (Lead Inspection/Risk Management).

Expert Witness Legal Services

When mold becomes a legal issue, our indoor environmental experts can help. They are available for consultations, document review, research, depositions, and trials.
