Indoor Environmental Professionals
What is an IEP (Indoor Environmental Professional)?
IEPs are technicians who go into homes, businesses, schools, etc., to assess the health of the indoor air and investigate indoor air quality issues. All of our IEPs are trained and certified CRIEs (Council-certified Residential Indoor Environmentalists) by the American Council for Accreditation Certification. In addition, our individual investigators hold various additional certifications (including Council-certified Microbial Investigator (CMI) and Council-certified Structural Mold Investigator (CSMI).
We take learning seriously here. Our investigators continue their indoor air quality education in multiple ways, including participating in weekly training/education sessions, going to air quality conferences and events, and continuing to study for new certifications.
