IAQ Administrator

Susan joined ESG in October 2018. Her background is in home health administration, most recently focusing on quality improvement. She has a BS in Public Health from UNC-CH and an MPA from East Carolina University, as well as her CRIE (Council-certified Residential Indoor Environmentalist) certification. She enjoys playing a part in helping people with environmental health challenges by working in the Indoor Air Quality field.

Susan and her husband Chuck have two children. Originally from eastern North Carolina, they enjoy spending time at the beach with friends and family. In her free time, Susan works with Juliet’s House Animal Rescue, fostering cats and kittens, helping manage the adoption center and processing adoptions.
