Indoor Air Data Collection
In an indoor air data collection, we collect highly accurate measurements to be analyzed in connection to occupant health and comfort, as well as building issues and performance. These measurements are a great way to prevent and respond to air quality concerns, and can be used as a checkpoint to compare against future issues.
We will create a plan for testing, based on the size and layout of the home or building and any specific issues mentioned. All testing is performed with state-of-the-art IAQ equipment, which is frequently inspected and calibrated.

The data we collect includes:
- Carbon dioxide (used for overall building performance)
- Relative humidity (helps identify moisture issues)
- Airborne particulates (determines filtration efficacy and overall cleanliness)
- Total volatile organic compounds (TVOCs; basically airborne chemicals)
- Temperature (helps refer to occupant comfort, air distribution, and dew point)
- Air sampling, when necessary, for airborne fungal spores (used to respond to occupant reports or when inspecting water damage or mold issues
