Testing new construction

ESG offers moisture prevention testing for in-progress construction. Our certified technicians perform on-site testing during the construction process, which allows them to catch any potential problems before they become larger and more serious. Using moisture meters along with a visual assessment helps us steer you in the right direction to achieve a dry building!

Chemical, gas, and particulate testing

ESG provides testing for specific gases, chemicals, and particulates for industrial and commercial clients to determine if air quality meets OSHA requirements. We have an extensive list of elements that we can test for.

LEED V4 Testing

Air testing for points at LEED V4 projects. How We Can Help: Assessment and Testing: Conduct comprehensive indoor air quality tests. Reporting: Provide detailed reports with actionable insights. Consultation: Offer recommendations for improving indoor air quality. Certification Support: Assist in achieving and maintaining LEED certification.

Ongoing Air Quality Monitoring

Our technicians can install air quality monitoring devices in the property. These devices obtain real-time data about various aspects of the air quality, which our technicians then analyze to make recommendations for improvement.

Code Compliance (Duct & Blower Door) Testing

Duct tests and blower door tests are used to ensure code compliance and assess building performance. ESG’s certified technicians perform these tests for builders and HVAC contractors across NC and often in neighboring states as well.

Mold Sampling

Using top of the line equipment and accurate sampling methodology, we collect air and/or surface samples to determine the presence and severity of mold inside of your building.

Post-Remediation Verification Testing

ESG performs Post-Remediation Verification (PRV) testing by taking samples in a contained area that was remediated for mold/fungal growth. If the remediation was successful, we provide a legal document that states that the area has been returned to a normal fungal ecology.
