• Property address: the location where testing services are requested, used solely for scheduling and service delivery.
• Service details and messages: any information you include in the message field of a contact form, including descriptions of your situation or concerns.

Information collected automatically:

• Usage data: pages visited, time on page, referring URLs, and browser/device type, collected anonymously through Google Analytics.
• Cookies: small data files stored by your browser to support site functionality and anonymous analytics. See Section 4 for details.

We use the information you provide for a narrow, specific set of purposes related to delivering our services. We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to any third party, ever.

• Scheduling and service delivery: to confirm your appointment, dispatch our technicians, and deliver your test results and reports.
• Follow-up communication: to respond to your inquiry, answer questions, and provide guidance related to your service.
• Service records: to maintain an accurate record of the services we've performed at your property, which may be relevant for future visits or warranty of work.
• Improving our services: anonymous, aggregated usage data helps us understand which pages are helpful and how to improve the website experience.

Contact and scheduling forms on this website are powered by Gravity Forms, a WordPress-based form plugin. When you submit a form, your data is:

• Stored securely within our WordPress database on our hosting server.
• Transmitted to our scheduling and CRM system (Zoho FSM) to create a service request record.
• Used by our team to follow up within 1 business day by phone or email.

Form submissions are not shared with any other party. Your information stays within ESG's systems and the specific service providers named in this policy.

Our website uses cookies (small text files placed on your device) for two purposes: basic site functionality and anonymous performance analytics.

Google Analytics: We use Google Analytics to understand how visitors interact with our site: which pages are most visited, how long people stay, and where traffic comes from. This data is aggregated and anonymized. Google Analytics does not identify you personally, and we do not use it to track individuals.

• Analytics cookies collect no personal information.
• IP addresses are anonymized before collection.

• Zoho FSM (Field Service Management): our scheduling and service operations platform. Information submitted through our forms is transmitted to Zoho FSM to create and manage service records. Zoho Privacy Policy
• WordPress / Gravity Forms: our website platform and form management system. Data submitted through forms is stored within our WordPress installation.

We do not use advertising networks, social media tracking pixels, or any third-party data brokers on this website.

We retain your information only as long as necessary for the purposes described in this policy.

• Form submissions and service records: retained for as long as the service relationship is active or reasonably required for business records, typically up to 7 years in keeping with standard business record-keeping practices.
• Email correspondence: retained in our business email system in accordance with our standard email retention practices.
• Analytics data: Google Analytics data is retained for 26 months by default, after which it is automatically deleted per Google's standard retention policy.

If you would like your data deleted sooner, please contact us using the information in Section 8.

You have the right to control how your personal information is used. Specifically, you may:

• Request access to the personal information ESG holds about you.
• Request correction of any inaccurate information in our records.
• Request deletion of your personal data, subject to any legal or business record-keeping requirements.
• Opt out of communications: if you've received email or phone contact from us and no longer wish to, simply let us know and we will remove you from our follow-up list immediately.
